Hello. I am wondering how many of you caught site of this piece from The Mail, Monday May9th. 2022. It was part of the “Inspire” section by Jo Bryant. (Debretts Author).
The last sentence in particular seems to suggest either a lack of research regarding the actual wording of the law, or, a deliberate attempt to convince those who agree with her that it is illegal still.

The retirees next door and the couple with young children, bouncing on a trampoline on the other side, don't want to glance over the fence and alight on you in your birthday suit.

Isn't it the responsibility of the editors to ensure that if personal opinions are printed they should be highlighted as such?

I just asked almost the same question about an article in the express...
As naturism increases there may well be more articles. I do think a separate area where press articles can be referred, whether good or bad, would be useful.
