Ok so now you have posted your first post and you need to get back to the index page
there some things that you should be aware of at the top of your screen there are several icons the first is a left arrow the second is a right arrow the third is the refresh button and the fourth is home.
Also just above the forum boxes there are more they consist of; home, help, search and others
After you post the refresh icon will change from the circular arrow to a cross(you may not see this as it happens very quick) when it returns to the circular arrow you can now press the home key just above the forum boxes and you will the returned to the index page please note that your posting may not appear for several minutes because although it has uploaded it still needs to filter through
the system.
that's it you are now done obviously you can post as many times as you want.
