I need to echo John P’s words here because the details of incidents we’ve received have been useful in more ways than one.
Firstly, many of these incidents have been sent to the Law Commission (in Appendix 2 of our Submission) to illustrate that hate action against naturists really does happen. It was extremely difficult choosing which of the incidents to use so we chose a selection illustrating different hate actions in a range of different geographical locations throughout England.
Secondly, the incidents submitted to us have highlighted many other previously unexplored areas where naturists are being targeted. This creates many possibilities for further campaigns in the future. If you are targeted by somebody in the future, I would still welcome the details.
Thirdly, there is every possibility that the Law Commission could contact NAG in the future to ask for details of more incidents or further details of incidents that we’ve already provided. It pays to be prepared. And remember that we will post any updates on the forum so keep coming back regularly to check!
The project isn’t anywhere near finished. Hate incidents can still be sent to me at the email address below and they will all be safely stored for future use.
