Bad press

Is there a way for members to know which press reports have been complained about to the editor?
As an example, this report in the express was the arrest and detention for several hours of a very active naturist who did jotting wrong, but met an ill informed police response.https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1589816/cheshire-news-screwfix-naked-customer-arrested-Macclesfield

You would need to become a part of the Press and Media Groups. Any emails sent to the press are discussed by the members of the group. If your interested in joining, please contact Duncan Heenan who is the project leader. Let me know if you have any difficulty contacting him and I will pass any messages on.

I'm not in a position to become part of any group.. surely it would be in all our interests to have an accessible record of press reports that have been complained about and a centralized way to report them for action?
Perhaps if this particular report has been subject of a complaint, could that be mentioned here?
